Your first 15-minute demo session is complimentary and is not a paid purchase, so no refund is applicable to it. If a scheduled demo does not take place due to a fault on our side (for example, no tutor joins), we will arrange a replacement demo at no cost.

You may request a refund for the unused sessions in a package within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. Requests made after this window are considered only at our discretion.

Any session that has already been delivered — including a session you joined and a session you did not attend without submitting a valid reschedule request beforehand — is non-refundable. A refund, where approved, covers only the sessions in a package that remain unused at the time of the request.

Approved refunds are subject to a service fee to cover payment-processing and administrative costs. The fee will be clearly stated to you before your refund is finalised, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, though the time for the funds to appear back in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

We are unable to offer a refund for: sessions already delivered; a demo or class missed without a reschedule request submitted in advance; requests made after the 14-day window without a valid exceptional circumstance; and packages purchased more than 14 days ago where all sessions remain unused, which instead may be eligible for an extension of validity at our discretion rather than a cash refund.

A class that is rescheduled (with admin approval) is not treated as cancelled or refundable — it simply moves to a new confirmed time and remains part of your package. Only sessions you formally request to cancel from an otherwise-unused package are assessed under this Refund Policy.
