We use your information to match students with suitable tutors; to schedule, deliver, and manage demo and package classes; to process payments and tutor payouts; to review messages, session notes, and reschedule requests before they reach the other party; to communicate with you about your account or sessions; and to improve our service.

To protect our tutors' privacy, students are shown a tutor's platform display name only — never the tutor's real name, phone number, or social media details. Internally, admin can see a tutor's real identity for verification, payment, and safeguarding purposes, but this is never disclosed to students.

Live sessions may be recorded, as described in our Terms of Service. Recordings are stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and are only reviewed by admin for quality assurance or in response to a specific concern raised by a student, tutor, or parent/guardian where applicable.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only: between a student and their matched tutor, to the extent needed to deliver tutoring (using the tutor's display name, never their real identity, when shown to the student); with our payment provider, to process transactions; and where required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls restricting who at KM Academic Success can view sensitive information such as a tutor's real identity or a student's payment history. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Our website uses essential cookies necessary for the platform to function, such as keeping you logged in. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
